Is there any type of limit on the quantity of brand or generic drugs that can be shipped at one time?
There are a few factors that affect the quantity of drugs that can be shipped at one time, such as:
- the specific brand or generic drug that is being ordered
- our overall stock and the timing of an order
- the manufacturer’s inventory at the time of the order
Before placing a large order, we suggest that you contact our Customer Service to ensure that we can fill the order. We will do our best to assist with and accommodate any order that you have.
Will our entire order be delivered in one shipment?
It is our standard practice to deliver all of the order in one shipment whenever possible. However, if there is a shortage of any particular product in the order, we may have to ship in two or three shipments to fulfill the entire order.
How quickly do orders ship?
This, of course, depends on the scope and size of the order and our inventory on hand when the order is placed. Typically, however, most orders ship within a week. Some will ship sooner, and others may take additional time. You are always welcome to contact Customer Service before placing your order to request an estimated shipping time.
Can you accommodate urgent orders?
Yes. We will gladly ship urgent orders within 48 hours as long as we have the drugs or products in our inventory.
I would like to place my first order. What will I need to do that?
For pharmaceuticals, all new customers must first provide documentation for review, such as a copy of your pharmaceutical license. Once we have verified the license, you may place your order. However, before the order can be shipped, we will need to see the import permit to verify that you have permission to import pharmaceutical products legally into your country.
How can I pay for my order?
We request that new customers send us prepayment. Repeat and established customers can pay by invoice or Bank Transaction or credit card.
Are you familiar with the pharmaceutical import regulations for the government of my country?
Each country’s government has established rules concerning the import of pharmaceuticals. While we know the countries that we export to most often, we may not be as familiar with your country. We suggest that you contact our Customer Service to discuss importing rules and regulations specific to your country.
